Leather Pointed Toe Snake High Heel Pumps

Pls i need to return this shoe because it does not fit/didnt enter my leg at all, and i have been trying to reach you through mail and calls but nothing seems to work
Pls how do i go about the returns?

If you can wear a tall heels, these shoes are cute and elegant at the same time. You will not be disappointed. I found them to be very well made. The heel while narrow is sturdy. The upper while, not leather has a very nice, smooth appearance. They are a good value. At first, I ordered a size 11 based on some reviews saying to order up a size. I had to return those and get my normal size 10. The fit was perfect and the shoes are comfortable. Some have cautioned that the sole is slippery. That problem has been corrected. The sole has a textured finish so sliding is not a problem. I have worn them dressed up, but plan to wear them with jeans. I am confident they will work well. Buy these.🙂

I bought my first pair of shoes a few days ago. I was so impressed that I immediately purchased a few more. I'm a true snob when it comes to what I wear. These shoes meet my very high standards. They're well constructed and have a memory foam insole that makes wearing them surprisingly comfortable. I will proudly display these shoes right next to my Louboutins. They run small and narrow, so be advised. I went up a half size and they fit perfectly. I'm now a loyal customer. I HIGHLY recommend these shoes.

I absolutely love these. Extremely glad I purchased them. I normally wear a size 9.5 I purchased a size 10. Just a Lil extra space, but it's ok. Feels very comfortable.
